Who This Is For

Free Sole Lucy offers energy healing, membership-based support, and soul-aligned workshops for women ready to reconnect with themselves. This space was created in response to a request from the women I serve — for safe, spiritually held containers that honour feminine energy.

Workshops and group programs are currently for women only.

This is in honour of the specific energy, vulnerability, and connection that women in this space have asked for.

If you are male and feel drawn to this work, you are welcome to reach out for potential 1:1 support. If we both feel it’s a good energetic match, we may explore working together privately.

Memberships & Access

Empower Membership Includes:

• A 3-month minimum commitment

• Monthly rolling access thereafter

• Monthly Zoom group sessions with replays

• Energy workbooks, release + manifestation tools

• Guided audio recordings

• Ongoing support via a private Facebook group

All sessions are held online unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to attend live sessions if desired and make full use of the materials provided. There are no guarantees of transformation results depend on your energy, intention, and willingness to show up and do the work .

Membership Duration, Pricing & Commitment

When joining the Empower Membership, you agree to the commitment and pricing structure chosen at checkout:

• 3-month minimum

• 6-month discounted commitment

• 12-month discounted commitment

If you select a discounted option, that pricing is fixed for your term. After your term ends, your membership may renew at the standard rate unless cancelled.

You are responsible for cancelling your membership if you do not wish to continue. All pricing is subject to change and may be adjusted in future to reflect changes in delivery, venue, travel, or service upgrades. You will be notified of any changes in advance.

Soul Empower Journeys – 6 & 12 Month Commitments

The Soul Empower Journey is a long-term, personalised energy alignment program. Whether 6 or 12 months, this journey is for women ready to do deep, consistent energetic work through 1:1 support and (where included) group connection.

Your Commitment:

• 1:1 Zoom sessions must be scheduled in advance and attended as agreed

• Sessions must be spaced throughout your journey; they cannot be bundled or rushed

• Missed sessions are not rescheduled unless by prior agreement

• WhatsApp support is offered Monday to Friday only

Refunds & Boundaries:

This work is built on trust, commitment, and consistency. There are no refunds once your journey has begun. If you choose not to continue midway, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued. Please purchase and commit consciously.

Sound Baths, Workshops & Events

All sound baths and workshops are for women only. These sessions are held either virtually via Zoom or in-person depending on the event.

You are responsible for checking venue accessibility. Some locations may have stairs or limited mobility access. Please enquire before booking if this is a concern.

Health Considerations:

If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or are taking medication that could be affected by sound-based therapy, please consult your GP or health professional before attending. By attending, you take full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after the session.

Mental Health & Emotional Safety

While this work may be healing and transformational, it is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis or dealing with mental illness, please seek support from your GP, therapist, or local mental health services. This work is complementary, not clinical.

About the Energy Alignment Method (EAM)

I am a trained and insured EAM® Practitioner, currently undergoing advanced mentorship training. I am not the founder or creator of the EAM method and do not claim ownership of its techniques. I deliver the method with full integrity, based on personal experience and formal training over the last 4 years.

Payments & Access

All sessions, events, and programs must be paid in full before access is granted. At present, no formal split payment plans are offered.

If you would like to split your payment, you may do so independently using PayPal’s “Pay in 3” option where available. This arrangement is between you and PayPal.

Missed payments or chargebacks may result in immediate removal from services without notice.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and energetic nature of my work, all sales are final. There are no refunds offered for:

• Memberships

• Missed events or workshops

• Soul Empower Journeys

• Sound baths or replays

Please book with intention and clarity.

Privacy & Data

Your data is treated with complete respect and confidentiality. Your personal details will never be sold or shared. You can unsubscribe from email communication at any time. You may request your data be deleted at any time in accordance with GDPR.

• Keep content and practices shared confidential and for personal use only

• Show up with integrity, kindness, and a willingness to take responsibility for your own healing

Violation of these agreements may result in removal from the space without refund.
